Curriculum Goals
The extended day program is available to children who are currently enrolled in St. Paul Early Learning Center’s 4-year-old class or pre-k class. This program extends the day to 1 p.m.
Throughout each week, children will participate in music and movement activities, art, math, science, sensory exploration and group games.
With a lunch brought from home, children will learn how to open packages, eat in a timely manner, and experience success with lunchtime at school. In addition, children will get a feel for a longer day which is essential in preparing for kindergarten.
